The service

CGMBet AI answers questions about the CGMBet football database (results, standings, odds, fixtures, statistics) using AI models. Answers are generated automatically from our data: we work to keep the data accurate and current, but we do not guarantee completeness or correctness, and answers may contain mistakes. Always verify anything important against official sources.

No betting advice. Everything on this site is statistical information, not a recommendation to bet. Betting involves risk of financial loss. The service is intended for adults (18+); where you live, other age limits or restrictions on betting-related content may apply and are your responsibility.

Accounts and plans

• One account per person; you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• New accounts get 5 free questions after email verification. Paid plans and packs are described on the pricing page, including the daily fair-use limit.
• Payments are processed by PayPal, Stripe or Revolut. Pay with your account email; plans are activated on that account within 24 hours. Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to time or questions already paid.
• The Developer plan gives your own AI agent read-only database access via MCP with a personal API key. The data is for your personal analysis only — no redistribution, resale, republishing or bulk extraction. Violation leads to key revocation without refund.
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and run to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Refunds

You can request a refund of a purchase within 14 days if you have not used it (no questions spent from the pack or plan, no API key used). Once you start using a purchase, you agree the service begins immediately and the right of withdrawal is waived for what has been used. Write to cgmbet@gmail.com from your account email.

Privacy

We store the minimum needed to run the service:

• Your email address and a hashed password (we never see or store the password itself).
• The questions you ask and technical usage records (tokens used, model, cost, timestamps) — kept to operate quotas, prevent abuse and improve the service.
• IP addresses, briefly, for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• For Developer plan users: your API key and a log of tool calls.

Questions are processed by Anthropic (the AI provider) to generate answers, under their commercial API terms; they are not used to train their models. Payment details (cards, bank data) are handled entirely by PayPal, Stripe or Revolut — we never receive them. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we only email you about your account (verification, password reset, purchases).

Cookies: a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Under the GDPR you can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by writing from your account email to cgmbet@gmail.com. Deleting the account removes your email, password and questions; anonymised usage totals may be kept for accounting.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Romanian and EU law apply.
